Coach Pete brings over 30 years of experience and has trained thousands of players — many of whom have gone on to compete at Division I programs and even reach the MLB. His approach combines advanced instruction with a strong emphasis on fundamentals, helping athletes sharpen every aspect of their game — hitting, fielding, catching, and pitching — in both baseball and softball.

Coach Miguel, Coach Zach and Coach Pedro work with players who are just starting out or looking to brush off the cobwebs and get back into the game. These sessions focus on building a strong foundation in the fundamentals — throwing, catching, hitting, and fielding — for both baseball and softball.

Coach Maddie brings elite playing experience and a winning track record to DINGERS. A standout pitcher at Moravian University, she was named Landmark Conference Pitcher of the Year and NFCA First-Team All-Atlantic Region in 2021. Maddie’s career began at Roselle Park High School, where she helped capture multiple county and state championships while building the foundation of her success.

Coach Raf played 4 years collegiate baseball at Bloomfield college(DII). Led the CACC conference twice in ERA (Relievers) with a .59 ERA and .76 ERA. Drafted by Aguadilla Tiburones AA Professional Baseball. 15 years of coaching experience. Owner and recruiting coordinator for Garden State Nationals Travel baseball program. Current Head Coach of the DINGERS Elite 13U Travel Team. Knowledge in all aspects of the game; specialties in pitching, hitting, defense. Rutgers certified and CPR certified.

Jon Tasman comes to Dingers after a notable playing career. Division 1, Columbia University where he was a catcher and first baseman. Following college he coached at the Baseball Center NYC. Hitting has always been his specialty and he continues to hone his craft on to this day. He takes hitting as an art form and enjoys researching techniques and mechanics of MLB players to find an edge. Understanding the mental as well as physical aspects of hitting, Jon works with players to be confident in their swing and build consistency in the box. Through custom tailored approaches and routines, if players stay the course, success at the plate is inevitable.

Coach Claire is the ace starting pitcher for Columbia High School and one of the top players in the state. In 2024, she was named Essex County Pitcher of the Year, earned First Team All-Group 4 honors, and was selected Second Team All-State. Claire specializes in teaching the core fundamentals of pitching, using proven drills and exercises to help young softball players improve their speed, accuracy, and confidence — preparing them to take control of any game.

Josilynn Garcia is the starting first baseman at Saint Elizabeth University. Four years of varsity softball at John Marshall Senior High School. First team all conference all 4 years, Scholar Athlete of the Year for the 2021 - 2022 season. Player of the Year for the 2022–2023. First Team All-Conference honors, (2024–2025), and received the Conference Player of the Year award.
Strong focus on helping younger players build confidence at the plate and develop a strong, consistent swing.

Coach Mia is the starting catcher for St. Elizabeth University in New Jersey and serves as the Lead Softball Counselor for the DINGERS Summer Camp. She specializes in high-level catcher training, focusing on the fundamentals of dominating behind the plate — from receiving and blocking to throwing and game management.
